NOTE: Stays begin on Sunday with a consultation with a doctor. All treatments take place at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to change the treatment depending on the health condition of the guest after consulting a doctor. Earlier indications from the doctor are welcome.

The Hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11.00.

Your stay starts with dinner on the arrival day and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Cryotherapy and oxygen therapy are techniques that are increasingly used to support the treatment of pain and various types of injuries. Especially for those who want to help their body recover, we have created a package combining a stay in our hotel with cryo- and oxygen therapy treatments.

Cryotherapy is performed in a one-person cabin. The session consists of a short stay in a very low temperature of approx. - 150°C. A raised platform allows the unit to be adjusted to any height, so that the body is immersed in the cryotherapy up to the shoulders and the head protrudes above the layer of cold nitrogen. In this way, the patient breathes the atmospheric air present in the treatment room. Indications for cryotherapy include inflammatory and rheumatoid conditions, degenerative changes, back pain, shoulder soreness, acute discopathy, osteoporosis or post-traumatic conditions in early sports.

Hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy is a non-invasive and effective method of treatment with concentrated oxygen, under conditions of elevated atmospheric pressure up to 1.5 ATA. The treatment is painless and very safe. It consists of inhaling therapeutic oxygen in a hyperbaric chamber, so that the oxygen is dissolved in the blood much faster and in greater quantity. Oxygen therapy is particularly recommended for: the desire for wellness or regeneration, chronic fatigue, insomnia, ulcers and hard-to-heal wounds, rheumatic pains or pain reduction - acute and chronic.

cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival, the davance payment is refundable minus a 25% handling fee. The refund will be made after the recieving from the Guest all details for the return transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days prior to the stay, or if the Guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.

Pets are allowed in the facility with exceptions (only small breeds, on their own bed, if the reception is informed in advance). There is an additional fee: PLN 70 / day.
