NOTE: Stays begin on Sunday with a consultation with a doctor. All treatments take place at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to change the treatment depending on the health condition of the guest after consulting a doctor. Earlier indications from the doctor are welcome.

The Hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11.00.

Your stay starts with dinner on the arrival day and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Our qualified staff of masters of physiotherapy will take care of your health during your stay. The treatments are carried out after a medical examination, so you can be sure that the package you choose will help you to improve your health and get your aching muscles and joints moving. Another advantage of the hotel is its location in the centre of the mountain spa Świeradów - Zdrój, where you will find peace and quiet. The clean mountain air, numerous walking paths and scenic viewpoints located in the area can further enhance your leisure time. However, if the weather is not good, you have the Wellness zone at your disposal - a 10 x 18 m swimming pool with ozonised water, two saunas and an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi.

cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival, the davance payment is refundable minus a 25% handling fee. The refund will be made after the recieving from the Guest all details for the return transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days prior to the stay, or if the Guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.

animal stay policy

Pets are allowed in the facility with exceptions (only small breeds, on their own bed, if the reception is informed in advance). There is an additional fee: PLN 70 / day.
