Ayurveda - knowledge of life. It is a system of traditional medicine of native India. The word ayurveda consists of the words āyus, meaning "life", and veda, meaning "related to knowledge" or "science". The philosophy of Ayurveda is that life resembles a harmoniously flowing stream. Rigveda is a 2,000 year old sacred text and is the oldest written testimony to the art of healing. It includes discourse on hygiene, diagnosis, and therapy.
Ayurveda allows the use of only natural materials. The oils, infusions, herbs and traditional soap in the form of a fat-absorbing powder used for the treatments are prepared from plants grown using traditional methods on designated plantations. Veda means knowledge, Ayur means life. According to Ayurveda, life is not rigid divisions, but is a harmoniously flowing stream.
In our ceremony we also use the Tibetan bowl and Koshi chimes, introducing elements of sound therapy, which is a holistic technique and affects our body on many levels. Vibrations of a certain frequency, among other things, improve blood circulation in tissues. At the psycho-emotional level, sound therapy allows for deep relaxation and relaxation, which not only neutralizes the effects of accumulated stress, but is above all the basis for effective rest.
