below we present some answers to the most frequently asked questions:



  • Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
    Yes. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge for all hotel Guests.
  • Is there a paddling pool for children at the pool?
    Unfortunately not.
  • What are the dimensions of the pool?
    18x10m, 134m deep. The pool is not profiled. The depth is the same over the entire surface. Water temperature: 28-29'C main pool, 36'C jacuzzi.
  • Can I smoke on the balcony?
    The entire hotel is completely non-smoking. For smoking Guests, we have prepared a smoking room, which is located on the ground floor of the building, next to the reception.
  • Is there a kettle in the standard rooms?
    Teapots are provided in Superior, Suite and Apartament rooms.

  • Is there a place to charge an electric car in the hotel?
    The hotel has the ability to charge electric cars. You need to have with your own 16A or 32A adapter cable.
  • Does the hotel have a bicycle / ski room?
    Yes. It is at your disposal free of charge.
  • When is the restaurant open?
    The a'La Carte restaurant is open from 12:00 to 19:30
    During the stay, meals are served in the following hours:
    - Breakfast: 8: 00-10: 00
    - Lunch: 13:00-14:00
    - Half board: 17: 00-19: 00
  • Does the hotel have a playground / playrooms for children?
    The hotel has a playroom for children.
  • Are there bathrobes and towels in the rooms and are they additionally payable?
    Bathrobes, towels and pool towels are provided in the rooms. Their borrowing is free of charge.
  • Do I need to reserve parking spaces in advance?
    Parking spaces do not require reservation. Arrival by bus / BUS requires prior notification and reservation.
  • Do you have to book SPA treatments in advance?
    It is best to book SPA treatments before your arrival in order to ensure the treatment during your stay. Treatments can be booked at the e-mail address: or by phone: +48 513 899 467
  • Where is the SPA menu on the website?
    The SPA menu can be found in the WELLNESS & SPA tab - OUT SPA, or HERE. You can find a price list of treatments HERE.
  • Can I pay by card at the hotel?
  • Is it possible to diet, e.g. gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.?
    We carry out stays with nutritional diets after prior notification of their needs.
  • Is it possible to rent a baby cot?
    Baby cots are available on request (limited number). Renting a cot is a free service
  • Does the hotel have a lift / stairs?
    The hotel has lifts and staircases.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are accepted according to strict rules and guidelines. There is a possibility of arriving with small breed dogs, after prior confirmation at the reception of the possibility of checking in with a pet. Arriving with a dog without prior notification may be associated with an additional charge for room dearoamtization if it is not possible to check in in a room with panels. The regulations for staying with a pet are available HERE.
  • Is there room service in the hotel?
    We provide room service during the restaurant's working hours, for an additional fee. Price list available at the hotel reception or restaurant.
  • Can outside Guests use the pool?
    The swimming pool is only available to The Guests of Buczyński Hotels.
  • At what times are meals served?
    Breakfast: 8: 00-10: 00
    Lunch: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
    Half board: 17: 00-19: 00
  • Does the hotel have double / king size rooms?
    All rooms are equipped with 2 separate beds, which can be joined at the request of the guests. We do not have double / king size rooms.
  • Can I check in earlier?
    Earlier check-in is subject to room availability. Detailed information will be provided by the reception desk.
  • Can you extend the day?
    The extension of the day depends on the availability of the room. In the absence of a new stay for a given room, it is possible to extend the night free of charge, until 12:00. Extending your stay beyond 12.00 p.m. involves an additional cost.
  • When does the hotel day start and when does it end?
    Check - in starts at 14:00 and lasts until 11:00.
  • Is parking available at the hotel?
    Yes, we have a monitored car park. The cost of parking is PLN 25.00 / car / day or PLN 100.00 / car / week (5 to 7 days). Parking spaces do not require reservation.
