Carol singing, Christmas play and Santa’s visit is obligatory. Christmas Eve gala dinner with traditional dishes, the smell of gingerbread in the restaurant, cakes, cookies and hot chocolate. We guarantee all this, plus relaxation in the SPA and Wellness zone, no worries, and the possibility of improving your health with a wide range of treatments offered by our Medical department. Do not waste your time and energy on preparations and the Christmas race, we will happily do everything for you so that you can celebrate this magical time with your loved ones.
In case of cancellation of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival, the davance payment is refundable minus a 25% handling fee. The refund will be made after the recieving from the Guest all details for the return transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days prior to the stay, or if the Guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.
Pets are allowed in the facility with exceptions (only small breeds, on their own bed, if the reception is informed in advance). There is an additional fee: PLN 70 / day.
