The Jizera Mountains have a special charm during this period – fresh air, quiet trails, and a magical atmosphere that cannot be reproduced in the city. "Valentine's Time" is an offer created for couples who want to celebrate love in an elegant four-star atmosphere.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a 25% handling fee. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, or in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing via email or post. Any modifications to the booked stay must be submitted in writing to the reception at least 14 days prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to implement guest requests and changes depending on availability and operational capabilities. In case of an early departure, the cost of the reservation will not be reduced for unused nights. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the total reservation value via the online payment system.
Pets are allowed in the facility with exceptions (only small breeds, on their own bed, if the reception is informed in advance). There is an additional fee: PLN 70 / day.
