The right time to spend in a mountain spa to say goodbye to golden leaves and autumn evenings. Visit the Jizera Mountains before Christmas and experience the charms of a mountain spa. The offer is aimed at determined travellers, focused on their needs and preferences.
In case of cancellation of the stay up to 14 days prior to arrival, the davance payment is refundable minus a 25% handling fee. The refund will be made after the recieving from the Guest all details for the return transfer, within 14 working days. In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days prior to the stay, or if the Guest does not show up at the hotel on the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable. To guarantee the reservation, credit card details or a prepayment of 30% of the reservation value via the online payment system are required.
Pets are allowed in the facility with exceptions (only small breeds, on their own bed, if the reception is informed in advance). There is an additional fee: PLN 70 / day.
